The legend of the satellite imagery above Estonia:

Thick intermediate cloudiness (*As, Ac, Ns*). The higher is the clouds’ upper boundary, the more reddish it is

Low cloudiness (*St, Sc*) or fog. The lower is clouds’ upper boundary, the more whitish it is

Estonian Environment Agency uses the data from EUMETSAT Meteosat satellite.

Estonia is EUMETSAT (European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites) cooperative state from 2006 and member state from 2013. Satellite data is transferred through EUMETCast service.
